Who processes your data

The controller is Maricons Construct. For any question about your data, use the contact below.

What we collect and why

The form asks for your name, your phone number and your email address (optional). We use it for one purpose: to contact you back, in reply to your request.

The server also keeps the page you sent the request from and a fingerprint of your IP address — the address itself is not stored, only an irreversible transformation of it, purely to stop automated submissions.

On what legal basis

Art. 6(1)(b) of Law no. 195/2024: processing is necessary for steps taken at your request. We do not ask for separate consent, because you are the one who asked to be contacted.

You are under no legal obligation to fill in the form. But without a name and a phone number we have no way to reply.

Who else sees it

Besides the controller: the technical provider who maintains the site and the form, and the hosting and email services the request passes through. Nobody else. We do not sell or pass on your data.

Where it goes

The hosting and email servers are outside the Republic of Moldova. The transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission, a mechanism recognised by art. 46(2)(c) of Law no. 195/2024.

How long we keep it

400 days from submission, then it is deleted automatically. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

What you can ask for

You have the right to ask us for: access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of use, objection to processing, and a copy in a portable format.

Write to us and we reply within one month at the latest. Requests are free of charge.

The site uses no cookies, carries no trackers and does not profile you. No decision about you is made automatically — a person calls you.
